When it comes to Star Wars, just about anything can sell merchandise. Even something that most people know little to nothing about. Hence is the case with Sphero's newest remote controlled toy. Enter BB8. A droid that has been announced in the upcoming Star Wars The Force Awakens movie. A character that the majority of people do not know except for a few brief moments in the movies theatrical trailer. However it is clearly branded with the Star Wars name, thus enabling just about everyone from all corners of the galaxy to want to get their hands on one. Who can blame them? Even though most people know very little about the BB8 droid, the character is still pretty cool.
